Foreign journalists explore culture, heritage in Jinan

Nine foreign journalists from countries including Cambodia, South Korea, Russia, and Turkiye visited Impression Jinan·Spring World, a characteristic block in Jinan on March 11.

They visited a folk-art museum that displays over 2000 works of traditional folk-art and were impressed by folk household items, woodblock Chinese New Year painting workshops, and traditional women's needlework art exhibitions.

They also visited a clay sculpture shop where they saw exquisitely crafted clay sculptures with distinctive features of Jinan culture.

The foreign journalists were also impressed by exquisite qipao featuring Lu embroidery, which is considered one of the eight great embroideries in China.

Foreign journalists concluded the trip by visiting a wax museum infused with the cultural essence of Shandong, which features over 100 wax figures of famous personalities.

Impression Jinan · Spring World showcases the culture of Jinan, allowing foreign media journalists to immerse themselves and experience the rich cultural heritage of the city up close.
