Starting Oct 27, a direct flight from Qingdao to Fukuoka will resume, and the number of daily flights to Japan and South Korea will increase to six.

The Fukuoka flight will be operated by China Eastern Airlines and is scheduled to depart from Qingdao at 10:20 am and arrive at approximately 1:30 pm. Tickets are now available through the China Eastern Airlines website or major online travel platforms.

Fukuoka city, located in northern Kyushu, Japan, is renowned for its commercial activities and serves as an important international gateway attracting numerous international tourists for sightseeing. The resumption of the Fukuoka route will further enrich travelers' options, promote exchanges and cooperation between the two cities' economies, cultures, and tourism, and enhance the role of Qingdao Airport as a gateway for Japan and South Korea.

Since the beginning of this year, Qingdao Airport has been continuously expanding its flight network, starting or resuming routes to Jeju, Kuala Lumpur, Nha Trang, and stabilizing operations to Seoul, Tokyo, Osaka, and Busan. The number of flights and passengers to Japan and South Korea ranks third nationwide.
