The launch ceremony for the "smart form" business registration system for enterprises in the China (Shandong) Pilot Free Trade Zone Qingdao Area, or Qingdao FTZ, was held on June 17.
The launch of the system marked the successful implementation of another national-level pilot reform task in Qingdao FTZ, and is expected to provide better business registration reform practices that could be replicated and promoted nationwide.
The "smart form" system standardizes and facilitates enterprise registration applications using information technology, making it easier for enterprises to submit required materials.
It accurately matches the applicant's basic information, generates all of the relevant documents automatically, and the registration can be completed with the applicant's official signature.
The system is expected to cut the review time limit from around 20 minutes to less than five minutes.
