An exhibition showcasing traditional Chinese and western-style weddings during the recent 2021 Qingdao Love and Marriage Culture Week kicked off on Sept 30 in Qingdao city in East China's Shandong province.
It was held in Taipingjiao, a popular scenic spot in the coastal city.
This year's edition featured the theme of "Fashionable Qingdao, Love by the Sea – I Wait for You at the Seaside".
It reportedly aimed to create a romantic marriage brand, as well as to stimulate the romance and marriage tourism market, boosting the marriage tourism sector in Qingdao's Shinan district.
Shinan offered romantic courtyard weddings both with traditional Chinese and western-style ceremonies during the 2021 Qingdao Love and Marriage Culture Week.
