Qingdao hosts theatrical performance for CPC centenary
The eastern coastal city of Qingdao, Shandong province hosted a theatrical performance to celebrate the 100th anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of China on June 29 at Qingdao Grand Theater.

A number of revolution-themed shows, dances, songs, and classical dramas were staged, while new Chinese dramas reflecting the great achievements made in recent decades, such as the country's poverty alleviation efforts, were also performed.
The event was part of the city's celebratory activities to mark the CPC's centenary and aimed to showcase the history of the CPC, as well as the touching actions of the Chinese revolution.
