The Creative Design Week event will be held from July 16 to Aug 8 during the 31st Qingdao International Beer Festival in Qingdao West Coast New Area, said organizers at a news conference on June 29.

Organized by the Qingdao International Beer Festival Organizing Committee, the Shandong Cultural Industry Development Association, the Shandong Brand Building Promotion Association, and the Shandong Cultural Creative Design Industry, the event will consist of a series of both online and offline activities, such as a design competition, a designer salon, exhibitions, as well as beer culture promotions.

According to the organizers, this year's design competition is divided into a university group, as well as a primary and secondary school student group, with the design classifications of cultural creativity, environmental space creativity, and graphics creativity.

The beer culture creative design exhibition will be held both in indoor and outdoor venues, with renowned art professors serving as curators. Works created by top domestic designers and award-winning works from the design competition will be exhibited.
