CITIC Securities (Shandong) Co Ltd [中信（山东）有限责任公司] is a wholly-owned subsidiary of CITIC Securities Co Ltd.

Formerly known as Qingdao Securities Co founded in 1988, the company was restructured and changed its name to Qingdao Wantong Securities Co Ltd in 2000. In 2014, the company was renamed as CITIC Securities (Shandong) Co Ltd after CITIC Securities took 100 percent of its holdings. 

Its businesses cover life insurance and property insurance, securities brokerage and investment, financing and so on.
