Shandong Xinminghui Safety Technology, a private company grown out of Linyi Trade City, has become a new example of how traditional commerce can evolve into modern producer services.
The company was one of only two enterprises invited to share their experience at the Shandong Service Industry Conference in Jinan on June 2, appearing alongside Inspur.
Its selection reflects a two-decade transformation from a 30-square-meter labor protection supplies store into a leading digital service provider for industrial safety products.
Xinminghui began its shift from trade to services in 2014 with the launch of its vertical e-commerce platform, Xinminghui Mall. It later built the NEBULA digital system, integrating 38 subsystems and supporting a vertical large model for industrial safety products.
Today, the company connects more than 3,000 brands from 11 countries and over 400,000 products with 350,000 channel clients and more than 3,000 large manufacturing end users nationwide.
"An order can be matched, routed and sent to the warehouse within two minutes, with accuracy close to 100 percent. Our large model can provide intelligent product selection and solutions like an expert," said Li Hui, the company's general manager.
Xinminghui also provides customized supply-chain solutions that cut procurement costs by 15 to 30 percent and raise fulfillment efficiency by over 40 percent. With smart warehousing and standardized logistics, it is helping Linyi's commercial sector move from scale to strength.
