Shandong Medical College

Shandong Medical College, a provincial full-time institution of higher education, boasts two campuses, located in the cities of Linyi and Jinan in Shandong province, respectively. The Linyi campus, originally established as a branch of Qingdao Medical College in 1966, adopted its current name in 2004.

Covering about 110 hectares with a floor area of 383,800 square meters, the college possesses fixed assets worth 1.21 billion yuan ($177.05 million) and teaching facilities valued at 238 million yuan. Its library houses 1.88 million physical volumes and 3.8 million digital resources. With 26,000 full-time students, it offers 31 enrollment programs across four major categories.

The college prides itself on a robust faculty of 1,258 individuals, with 52.7 percent holding senior or higher titles and 71.7 percent with master's degrees or above. It operates 17 high-standard experimental training centers and numerous cooperative bases nationwide.
