Yu Shengtao, male, of Han ethnicity, was born in March 1972. He is a member of the Communist Party of China and holds a bachelor's degree.
Yu is currently the deputy secretary of the CPC Linyi Municipal Committee. He also serves as mayor of the Linyi People's Municipal Government and secretary of the leading Party members group of the municipal government.
