Gou Hongshui, male, of Han ethnicity, was born in May 1976. He is a member of the Communist Party of China and holds a bachelor's degree from the Party School of the CPC Shandong Provincial Committee.
Gou is currently a member of the Standing Committee of the CPC Linyi Municipal Committee. He also serves as vice-mayor of the Linyi People's Municipal Government, a member of the leading Party members group of the municipal government, and secretary of the Party Working Committee of Linyi Yihe New Area.
