Zhang Xiuli, female, of Hui ethnicity, was born in April 1969. She is a member of the China Democratic League and holds an MBA.
Zhang currently serves as vice-mayor of the Linyi People's Municipal Government and chairperson of the Linyi Federation of Industry and Commerce.
