Ahead of the Chinese New Year, the Linyi Trade City, a renowned hub for trade and logistics in Linyi, Shandong province, transformed into a giant warehouse for festive goods. With 136 specialized wholesale markets, itis not just a shopping destination but a dynamic ecosystem that efficiently distributes the warmth and essential goods of the Chinese New Year across China.
The Small Commodities City in Lanshan district has enough festive goods to supply at least 6 million households. A single vendor can sell 20,000 paper cuttings in a single day, with over 300 merchants offering festive goods like window decorations and couplets for new year celebrations. As the largest small commodity distribution center in northern China, it supplies everything from basic household items to festive decorations nationwide. Recently, innovative products like cultural and creative toys have become popular, keeping stationery shops busy even during the usual off-season.

The Linyi Trade City also boasts the Hotel Supplies City, a 500,000-square-meter complex with over 200,000 products, making it the largest and most comprehensive hotel wholesale market globally. In 2024, it was designated a 3A-level cultural tourism site, attracting not just traders but also tourists.
At the International Food City, the holiday season arrives early. Wholesalers rush to place orders, factories work overtime, and logistics networks operate at peak efficiency. The east zone focuses on wholesale and digital transactions, while the west zone serves as a hub for top food brands, offering experiences from brand displays to live-stream sales.
