Rather than treating intangible cultural heritage as something to be preserved only in museums, the schools are bringing it into everyday learning. Students weave using wheat straw and corn husks, shape pottery from Yellow River clay, recreate wetland landscapes through handicrafts, and explore traditional motifs through embroidery and fabric art.
