The third Conference of Great Business Partners will be held from Nov 28 to 30 in Jinan, capital of Shandong province.

There will be nine main activities at this year's event, including the opening ceremony, parallel forums, and a supporting activity highlighting Shandong cuisine.

The event is intended to serve as a platform for exchanges, mutual learning and practical cooperation, attract investment and talents, as well as inject new impetus into the province's high-quality development.

The 16 cities in the province are also expected to hold related business promotional activities to further amplify the spillover effect of the conference.

Zhang Deping, director of the Shandong Provincial Department of Commerce, said that up to now, 773 entrepreneurs, 143 experts and scholars, 139 heads of business associations, and 80 representatives from the overseas Chinese community have signed up for the conference.

A number of key investment projects in infrastructure construction and other areas will be compiled and promoted during the conference. In addition, 87 key talent policies at provincial and municipal levels are scheduled to be promoted at the conference to attract more top talents.

Representatives from cities and prefectures along the Yellow River have also been invited to attend the event to promote the ecological protection and high-quality development of the Yellow River basin.
