According to the Publicity Department of the CPC Shandong Provincial Committee, the National Copyright Administration has approved the establishment of China's first Book Copyright Trading Center in Mount Tai Press and Publishing Town.

More than 40 enterprises have signed agreements with the center such as China Media Group, Encyclopedia of China Publishing House and China Machine Press.

The National Book Copyright Trading Center is set to promote book publishing, intellectual property rights and the added value of book copyright trade by carrying out services covering copyright confirmation, registration, evaluation, promotion, trade and copyright pledge financing.
